Character, Integrity and Accountability in Leadership
On 19th February 2026, Pearl Leadership Consult delivered a dynamic training session for young surveyors on the theme “Character, Integrity and Accountability in Leadership.” Led by Mr. Yomi Akinsola, the session explored practical strategies for embedding accountability, strengthening professional integrity, and cultivating character-driven leadership for long-term excellence. emphasized goal-setting, ownership, and performance-driven leadership.
